Our Policies

Whole Studio Reservation (private party)- Have Entire Studio For Your Own Max capacity : 30-35 participants We have plenty of seating area outside for non-crafters hang out. Duration: Private studio has 3 hours of the entire studio for your own use including party set up. (Example 10:00am party setting up, 10:30am-12:30 craft & cake, 12:30-1:00 packing up ) Weekend and holidays 10:00am-1:30pm (including party set up ) Flexible hours on non-weekend and holidays. Pricing: Charge based on activity Weekend & holiday $1000 minimum on project consumptions + 15% gratuity + sales tax Non-weekend & holiday : $800 minimum on project consumptions +15% gratuity +sales tax 3-4 staff work together to serve your party. An 15% gratuity fee will be added to the total bill before taxes, our staff works really hard to setup/clean up and host your party. A $300 deposit is required to secure your entire studio reservation.​Deposit will be refunded to you within 24 hours after the party.To reschedule and receive a full refund, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit. No other additional costs. Food :You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, extra table can be arrange, please coordinate with us in advance. Decorations : You're welcome to bring your own party decorations, you can also utilize our outdoor area for large decorations. Please arrange with us in advance.
